Terms and Conditions for Fertilizing Promotion 2005

20th Anniversary Promotion

• New Customers Only: This special offer is exclusively for new customers and applies only to fertilization treatments.

• Additional Services:  Aeration/seeding and specialized treatments like fire ant control and fungicides will be priced separately at the current rate if requested.

• Residential Only: This promotion is only valid for residential properties.

• No Other Offers: This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers.

• Automatic Renewal: The program will automatically renew for the next calendar year at the current pricing structure.

• Cancellation Policy: Written cancellations are required to terminate the service.

• Full Year Commitment: Customers must sign up for all fertilization treatments throughout the 2025 calendar year to be eligible for the promotional pricing.

• Delinquent Accounts: NCTC reserves the right to cancel services for any accounts that become delinquent.

Current Customer Contest

• Prize: The prize is a credit towards fertilization treatments for the 2026 calendar year and will be adjusted in the winner's account.

• Drawing and Notification: The drawing will occur before the end of December 2025. Winners will be notified via email.

• No Cash Value: The prize has no cash value and cannot be transferred to another person or used towards any other service.

• Eligibility Requirements: To be entered into the contest, customers must write a 5-star Google review.
